At Kirwan Child Care Centre our people are our super power. We have some wonderful long-term educators who know kids.

Our Assistant Director and Nursery Lead Educator, Joanne Fisher, has been with us for 26 years, and we have many other staff with years of experience who set a sound foundation for the care of your child.

Our Educators

Natalie brings over 20 years of experience along with an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and Diploma in Business Management. Her journey in early childhood education began straight out of school, driven by a deep passion for nurturing young minds. With a strong background as a Centre Director and Area Manager, Natalie is committed to providing high-quality education and care. She is dedicated to mentoring educators and ensuring that every child thrives in a supportive environment.

With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Kae brings 9 years of industry experience to UEL Kirwan. Kae’s passion for education led her to pursue her calling in the early childhood sector. She values the opportunity to engage with educators, children, families, management, and the community. Kae’s mission is to create an environment that feels like home, where children and families feel safe, supported, recognised, comfortable, and understood.

Our dedicated staff care for your child as an individual, supporting their rights, needs and independence, encouraging child-initiated educational experiences that help develop the “whole” person.

All of our educators are involved in professional development plans and some are undertaking further studies. We’re especially proud of the diverse range of cultures within our team who represent the community around us.
