Our People

We’re so grateful to have Cathy Adams as the director of child care at Forest Lake. Cathy has worked in the childcare industry for 36 years (director for 14 years). She loves supporting the staff, children and families at Forest Lake and enjoys connecting with the local community. For Cathy the reward is in seeing lives change, children growing up over time and coming into their own.

We’re proud of our wider team too. Our wonderful, long-serving, qualified educators come from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. All are committed to growth through professional development plans and some are taking further studies.
