Uniting Early Learning The Gap
Childcare that fosters your child’s delight in nature and the world around them.
Your child will discover the world around them as they play and learn in the natural spaces that have been created at The Gap. Children are encouraged to explore and play using resources that stimulate curiosity and discovery.
Our indoor spaces are homely places where development, learning and wellbeing are promoted. We are constantly on the lookout for learning opportunities in everything we do.
While each age group has its own specific space, this centre is really like one big happy family. Regular interactions between groups offer rich sensory experiences. All our Educators develop warm, sensitive and responsive relationships with the children.

Our Educators
With 14 years’ experience as a Centre Director and an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, Morgan embodies dedication to early childhood education. Starting from a lunch float educator, Morgan’s journey showcases her commitment to children’s growth. She values the daily surprises and the joy of seeing children’s smiles at Kindy, cherishing the opportunity to nurture their development. Morgan’s passion lies in creating an inclusive environment where children thrive, learning life skills and growing into confident learners.
Our team, is committed to providing professional care and implementing continuous improvements to ensure each child is given the best foundations for their unique learning journey.
UEL’s Commitment
Our Centre prides itself on community spirit and strong family connections.
We have created a morning ritual of gathering as a whole centre, giving thanks to our custodians, the Jugerra people. Our children spend their day developing and exploring their physical, social, emotional, language and cognitive self through play.
The outdoor spaces with native bees, worm farm, herb garden, flora and mud kitchen introduce children to the natural world and to explore their curiosity and imagination.
A team of skilled and diverse educators work together and bring their different experiences, backgrounds, interests and cultures to the benefit of our centre community
