By developing and maintaining these relationships we can strengthen and support children’s growth and learning. We share information with families about our programs, upcoming events and their child’s progress through:

• Conversations with parent at the end of the day
• A private portal which parents can access via our secure login to discover the activities and areas of interest we are exploring and skills we are working on
• Email updates
• Special Days where we bring community into our service – Welcome events, Information nights, Mother’s Day, Grandparents day, Father’s night, Book Week etc.

Our Family Handbook

The family handbook has been prepared to give you an overview of the policies and procedures under which our services operate. Any changes that may occur throughout the year will be communicated through written notices, newsletters or via email.
